Privacy policy rules:
- Definitions
1.1. The controller and uptownrhythm.lt website operator (hereinafter – Data Manager) is a company Association “Lindyhop.lt klubas”, company id number 302300309, VAT payer number LT100009637716, registration address: – Kalvarijų 294d-16, Vilnius, Lithuania, address for correspondence – Geležinkelio str. 6, Vilnius, Lithuania, e-mail address – info@uptownrhythm.lt. Association “Lindyhop.lt klubas” is registered at Personal data controllers state register.
1.2. Participant – capable natural or legal person who acquires festival tickets – passes online at uptownrhythm.lt website.
1.3. Personal data processing rules (hereinafter – the Rules) are governed by the basic personal data collection, processing and storage of the principles underpinning the controller is handled by the Participant personal data.
1.4. Registration – Participant’s data entry on registration form at website uptownrhythm.lt. - General provisions
2.1. Participant’s personal data processing determined by the Republic of Lithuania Personal Data Protection Act and other legislation governing the collection of such data and these Rules.
2.2. Participant’s data collected for explicit and legitimate purposes, processed fairly and accurately. - Processing of personal data
3.1. Participant agrees that personal data that is voluntarily submitted on the registration form could be processed in accordance with these rules.
3.2. The Participant has the right to access their personal data and the right to demand correction of incorrect, incomplete and inaccurate personal data, block or delete by submitting such request by email info@uptownrhythm.lt. In this case, the Data Manager must immediately implement the Participant ‘s request (within 1-2 days).
3.3. The Participant has the right to obtain information from any source and type of personal data collected, the purpose for which they are processed, the recipients to whom the data has been submitted and provided at least on the last one year.
3.4. The Participant has the right to require rectification, destruction of personal data or suspension, other than for storage of their personal data, when the data processed in breach of the statutory provisions.
3.5. The Data Manager recognizes and respects the rights of each of the Participant, who perform online registration at website uptownrhythm.lt, the right to privacy. The Data Manager collects and uses the personal data of the Participant (first name and last name, address, telephone number, email address and other information submitted on the registration form) for services and order processing or other contractual obligations execution. The Participant when making the Registration and checkout agree with Terms & conditions – rules number 10 which indicates that in accepting these terms and conditions Participant agrees that the personal data provided for the Data Manager must be processed for services orders performance and direct marketing purposes. We could sent out a few times a month e-newsletter. Participant any time could refuse to receive such e-newsletters by reporting such inquire to e-mail info@uptownrhythm.lt.
3.6. The Data Manager ensure the Participant not to divulge the Participant’s personal information to third parties, except for the controller partners, providing delivery of the ordered services proper fulfillment. In all other cases, the Participant’s personal data to third parties may be disclosed only in the Lithuanian legislation with the procedure.
3.7. Personal data are processed using a secure means to protect this data against unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other illegal actions.
3.8. Personal data which are used for direct marketing purposes are stored in the core database and could be used for 4 years for direct marketing purposes. Participant’s data is stored for 4 years since the last order. After this deadline the customer data (automatically) are deleted. Personal data automatic deletion is supervised by a responsible person. - Changes of the rules
4.1. The Data Manager has the right to partially or completely change the Rules when informing about the changes on website uptownrhythm.lt.
4.2. Rules additions or changes will take effect from the date of its publication, i.e. from the date on which they appear website uptownrhythm.lt.
4.3. If the Participant does not agree with the new version of the Rules, he is entitled to repudiate it in writing.
4.4. If after the rules additions or amendments the Participant continues to use the website uptownrhythm.lt services, it is assumed that the Participant agrees to the new version of the Rules. - Submission of information and communication
5.1. All messages related to the processing of personal data must be provoided to the Data Manager via e-mail info@uptownrhythm.lt.
5.2. The Data Manager provides the answer in the same form in which has received notice or claim. - Cookies
6.1. Cookie – a small text document containing a unique identification number that is transferred from the web site of the personal computer to be able to distinguish between a person’s computer, the type of browser and see the person’s online activities. A unique number identifies a person’s browser each time a person visits the site. Cookies do not allow to memorize personal information (such as a person’s name and address). Websites use cookies to keep statistics, such as number of visits and the number of Web site traffic. Such information is not linked to personal information. 6.2. Cookies are used to make online ordering (site core activity) and website traffic statistics count. Using the Web site, the Participant is required to register in order to be able to order festival passes (festival tickets). In this case, the Participant is required to provide personal data (such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone and so on.). The Data Manager has the discretion to use all lawful means to all personal data and information supplied by the Participant who submitted it during registration or in other ways. Cookie, order-making, created when the user orders the passes and is redirected to checkout page, and are erased when the user closes (disconnects) active window (closes the session).
6.3. You can allow cookies or refuse. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change your browser settings to refuse cookies or to receive a warning message before you accept them. Read your’s browser instructions or simply learn more about these functions. If you choose not to accept cookies, you may not be able to use interactive features of this site.
6.4. The personal data subject’s consent is not required if the cookies are used for festival passes online ordering chosen by the Participant for checkout to form.

6.6. During the necessary cookies recording process no information are provided to any third party.
